But last night Sam Faiers caused a splash as she attended the launch party for her Star magazine column wearing a sequinned fishtail skirt.
The 20-year-old star teamed the eye-catching skirt with a plain black vest top as she arrived at the Zenna bar in Soho for the occasion.

Been away? Billie drew attention to her deep tan with a light star-print dress
Bulking up: Harry Derbidge is keen to put on weight before the next series
'Looking forward to manfs celebration party for her column in star mag tonight!!'
Billie was accompanied by her boyfriend Dave Bygraves, who looked smart in his blue checked shirt and jeans.
Sam's best friend, and TOWIE castmate, Harry Derbidge also opted for blue in a grandad-style shirt, which he paired with jeans and black shoes.
And while the majority of the TOWIE cast have been doing everything they can to lose weight ahead of the start of the third season of the show later this month, it seems Harry has been attempting to bulk up.
The 17-year-old star was spotted leaving the IMBOKI clinic on Harley Street over the weekend, after having a meeting with staff about how he can possibly gain more muscle ahead of the next series.
The upcoming third series of the hit ITV2 show will be different as it will be the first without Harry's cousin Amy Childs, who announced last month she would be leaving the show to concentrate on other commitments.
But fellow TOWIE star James 'Arg' Argent said he doesn't think Amy's departure will harm the programme.
He explained: 'The Only Way Is Essex will definitely work without Amy.
'In series two she was only in it now and then and series two was just as big as series one, if not bigger.
'Obviously Amy will be missed but I think from how series two was received it proves the show is more than capable of doing well and carrying on without her being there.'
